1. Library Orientation Session
To ensure you follow the correct formatting and referencing guidelines, it is required that you book an appointment with the library.
Allow for an hour session to review thesis formatting requirements and an introduction to a reference manager tool.

2. Library Thesis Format Evaluation
The Library will receive a copy of your completed and approved thesis and will contact you to set up an appointment to review the format and references. Find appointment link here.
Reports will be shared with you and your supervisor until the thesis is ready for publication.
A final report will be submitted on the online system to conclude this process.
3. Deposit Print Copy of Thesis at the Library
Complete an AUD Library Thesis Deposit & Access Agreement on the online system and in consultation with your advisor. Submit form on the online system.
Upon final approval of your thesis manuscript (including approval of manuscript format by the library), you are responsible for producing bound copies of your thesis.
In order to fully complete requirements for graduation, a single case bound print copy of the thesis must be submitted to AUD Library.
