How to download e-Books

Search for eBooks here: AUD eBooks

Please note the following:
 

In order to download from ProQuest eBook Central you will need to:

  • Login with your AUD Student ID number and password
  • Install Adobe Digital Edition on your PC or Mac and “Bluefire Reader” app on your tablet/smartphone (iPad/iPhone or Android)
  • Choose a format (EPUB (for mobile devices) or PDF)
  • Click on Download to be able to download and read e-books offline.

 

In order to download from EBSCO eBook Collection you will need to:

  • Click on Full Download
  • Click on Sign in /Create an Account
  • Login with your AUD email address and password
  • Install Adobe Digital Edition on your PC or Mac and “Bluefire Reader” app on your tablet/smartphone (iPad/iPhone or Android)
  • Choose a format (EPUB (for mobile devices) or PDF)
  • Click on Download to be able to download and read e-books offline.

 

You can borrow e-books for offline reading up to 14 days. 

  • Note that different printing quotas are imposed.

Also note that not all titles are available in full-text – but some may be available for online purchase through ProQuest eBook Central. Complete the required form on the eBook database and AUD librarians will receive and evaluate your request.
