How to Create Durable Links to Online Resources?
- In most cases, you cannot simply cut and paste the URL for an article or other item from a library database or Search All
- To ensure that links work:
- Place the AUD proxy prefix at the beginning of the URL
- Then add the link to the e-resources item (article, book, video...)
- If you are linking to articles in open-access journals or to freely available web content, you do not need to add the proxy prefix.
