Guidelines
- Group study rooms are for use by groups of 3-6 students.
- Individual booking (one student) is not allowed.
- Reservations are limited to 2 hours per day.
- Renewals are not available during busy hours.
- Excessive daily bookings will be canceled.
- Reservations are canceled if at least one group member does not collect the room keys within the 15-minute grace period.
- If less than 3 members of the group are available in the room after 5 minutes, the student(s) will be asked to vacate the room.
- The key should be returned immediately after the completion of the reservation period.
- In case of a late return of the key, your name will be included on the watch list, and you will be banned if it is repeated twice.
- In case of a lost key, you will have to pay a fine.
- Do not leave the room unlocked or unattended at any time.
- Materials and personal items left unattended may be removed by library staff.
